Is a cracked basement floor a problem?

While most nonstructural cracks are not a threat to the integrity of a basement foundation, they are still a potential problem because it can be letting water, moisture or soil gas into your home. A small insignificant appearing crack to your basement wall could be letting radon into your home. These small cracks look harmless enough but should be inspected.

How long does it take?

Simple basement crack repairs take about 1.5 hrs. Depending on how many cracks that need to be fixed in your basement will determine the duration of our visit. The set up time and preparation on larger foundation repairs may vary depending on what is needed. Should you be requiring an Interior Pressure Release Membrane typically used for larger cinder block foundation water remediation - this may take us 4 - 5 days... 

Does weather matter?

Our interior water proofing procedures which we specialize in can be done in any weather. Wet, damp or dry - cold or hot 365 days a year.
